Jasmine Ruffilli's extensive involvement and experience in Immigration related issues and law led her to become employed as an Immigration Advisor and Consultant pursuant to a Government initiative in 1990 which saw her advise and Consult on the newly introduced Immigration laws during the overhaul of the Migration legislation.  She has an extensive practice in  Immigration Law  with O'Sullivan & Ruffilli advising clients from all over the Globe in all areas of Immigration Law including:

PERMANENT RESIDENCE VISAS:     
-     Partner Migration (spouses, defacto and same sex partners, fiance's)
-     Child Migration (dependant children, orpan relatives, adopted children)
-     Parent Migration (aged parents, working-age parents)

She is a Registered Migration Agent and a Foundation Member of the Victorian Immigration Advice and Rights Centre, (VIARC) and provided her Immigration services to VIARC and the Refugee Advice and Rights Centre (RACS), which have now amalgamated as The Refugee and Immigration Legal Centre (RILC) in Victoria.  She has provided and continues to provide support and pro bono advice, and seminars for the dissemination of Immigration law and information to Immigration related organisations and individuals.
